Formou-se em marketing e istração pela Universidade Georgetown, em Washington (EUA), e em cinema pelo Centro Universitário Iesb. É sócio e colunista do Metrópoles e atua como roteirista e diretor nas horas vagas. Em 2017, publicou "Candango: Memórias do Festival, vol. 1", livro sobre o Festival de Brasília do Cinema Brasileiro, sob o pseudônimo de Lino Meireles.
